Salvage cars parted out to make profit?

Well I’ve had this small business idea for a while now and I finally have the money to do it. I want to rent out a small warehouse, buy salvaged cars, part them out and sell the parts online. There are many car forums online that have a for sale section and it’s amazing how many parts are in demand. There is always eBay as well. I would probably stick to a particular make and model (or maybe 2) because Acura, etc. always have owners in need of parts. I’m not looking to make a huge amount of money; just a little profit.

Do you think this is a profitable business? There are websites like Copart that let you bid on salvaged vehicles.
I don’t keep several acres of lands because I will only be parting out one or two cars at a time.
I meant to write NEED not KEEP

There are people making a good living by doing this on eBay. I would say you have a good chance of doing well. Just make sure you develop a good reputation and getting a good eBay feedback rating. Treat your customers with respect, deliever what you promise, and offer good prices, and you will do very well.

You need a lot more space than a small warehouse. You need at least several acres of land.
