dude…im not sayin its a scam…but lets put it this way… theres many websites that will tell you that they can give you a list of police auctions, AFTER you pay the membership price which is usually like $40+ a month, ur best bet is to find some1 with a dealer licencse and see if they’ll take you to a regular auction. the car wont be dirt cheap but prolly around 4-5k less
